Instructions
 

  • Cook your pasta according to the package instructions until it's just al dente. Remember, nobody likes mushy pasta!
  • While the pasta is cooking, heat some olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Toss in your prawns and cook until they turn pink and opaque. Don't overcook them; nobody likes rubbery prawns!
  • Add halved cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook until they start to soften and release their juices.
  • Stir in tomato paste and a splash of white wine, letting everything simmer for a few minutes to marry those flavors together.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, then toss in your cooked pasta and fresh basil. Give everything a good mix until the pasta is coated in that glorious sauce.

Notes

Don't have prawns on hand? No worries! You can easily swap them out for shrimp or even chicken if you prefer.
