Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices prosciutto
  • 1 large cooked beetroot thinly sliced
  • 4 oz 120g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Optional: Crackers or crostini for servin

Method
 

Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture:
  1. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, honey, lemon juice, and chives. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Layer the Ingredients:
  1. Take one slice of prosciutto and layer it with a slice of beetroot.
  2. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over the beetroot.
Roll and Shape:
  1. Gently roll the prosciutto and beetroot slice together to form a rosette. Adjust the edges to create a flower-like shape.
Assemble the Rosettes:
  1. Place each rosette on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh basil leaves for a pop of color.
Serve:
  1. Optionally, pair the rosettes with crackers or crostini for added texture.
