🌶️ Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe Card

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • ½ cup hot sauce like Frank’s RedHot
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or a mix of cheddar and mozzarella
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese optional
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • Optional: sliced green onions or parsley for garnish
  • Chips crackers, or celery sticks for serving

Method
 

Preheat Oven:
  1. 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch baking dish.
Mix Ingredients:
  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce, shredded cheese, blue cheese (if using), and garlic powder. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Bake:
  1. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish. Bake 20 minutes until bubbly and slightly golden on top.
Serve:
  1. Garnish with chopped green onions or parsley. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or celery sticks.

Notes

For a quicker version, microwave the mixture for 3–5 minutes until warm, stirring halfway through.
Adjust hot sauce to taste for mild or extra spicy dip.
You can prep the mixture ahead of time and bake just before serving.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days; reheat in the microwave.
