Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz vodka plain or vanilla
  • 1 oz raspberry liqueur or Chambord
  • 1 oz cranberry juice
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup optional, to taste
  • Ice
  • Garnish: fresh raspberries or white chocolate shavings

Method
 

Chill the Glass:
  1. Place a martini or coupe glass in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Shake the Cocktail:
  1. Fill a shaker with ice. Add vodka, raspberry liqueur, cranberry juice, lime juice, and simple syrup if using.
Shake Well:
  1. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until chilled and slightly frothy.
Strain & Serve:
  1. Strain into the chilled glass.
Garnish:
  1. Add raspberries or sprinkle white chocolate shavings on top for a “velvet” finish.

Notes

Creamy Twist: Add ½ oz Irish cream or vanilla cream liqueur for extra richness.
Extra Pink: Add a splash of grenadine for deeper color.
Sparkling Version: Top with prosecco for a bubbly Valentine cocktail.
Mocktail Option: Use raspberry syrup and cranberry juice with soda water.
