Ingredients
  

  • 3 large eggs separated
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese softened (or Greek yogurt for lighter version)
  • ¼ tsp cream of tartar helps stabilize egg whites
  • ½ tsp baking powder optional, for extra rise
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional flavor add-ins: garlic powder Italian seasoning, or everything bagel seasoning.

Method
 

Preheat Oven:
  1. Preheat to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whip Egg Whites:
  1. In a clean bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
Mix Yolks:
  1. In another bowl, whisk together egg yolks, softened cream cheese, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
Fold Together:
  1. Gently fold yolk mixture into the beaten egg whites, being careful not to deflate.
Shape Rounds:
  1. Spoon mixture onto prepared baking sheet into 6 even circles. Spread slightly to flatten (they will puff when baking).
Bake:
  1. Bake 25–30 minutes, until golden brown and firm to the touch.
Cool & Enjoy:
  1. Let cool on a rack — they will firm up more as they cool.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze with parchment between layers.
Toast before eating for the best texture.
Add shredded cheese or herbs for savory flavor.
Great for low-carb sandwiches, burger buns, or pizza bases.
