Valentine’s Day Cheese Board Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • Heart-Shaped Brie 1 medium, ~8 oz:
  • Cranberry or Raspberry Jam 2 tbsp:
  • Cured Meats Salami, 4 oz: ~400 calories
  • Fresh Berries 1 cup each of strawberries and raspberries:
  • Crackers 20 assorted crackers:
  • Nuts Walnuts and Almonds, ½ cup:
  • Pink Whipped Cream Cheese Dip ½ cup cream cheese + 2 tbsp powdered sugar + pink food coloring:
  • Mint Leaves for garnish:

Instructions
 

Prepare the Brie:

  • Use a cookie cutter or mold to shape the Brie into a heart if it isn’t pre-shaped.
  • Spread 1-2 tablespoons of cranberry or raspberry jam on top.

Create Salami Roses:

  • Fold thin salami slices into quarters and arrange them in overlapping layers to form rose shapes.

Assemble the Fresh Berries:

  • Wash and dry strawberries and raspberries. Place them in clusters on the board.

Arrange the Crackers:

  • Fan out a variety of crackers around the board for easy access.

Add Nuts:

  • Scatter walnuts and almonds around the board for texture.

Prepare the Pink Whipped Cream Cheese Dip:

  • Whip together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and a drop of pink food coloring until smooth and fluffy. Place in a small bowl.

Decorate with Mint Leaves:

  • Add mint leaves around the board for a pop of color and freshness.

Final Assembly:

  • Place the heart-shaped Brie in the center and arrange the remaining items around it in an aesthetically pleasing way.
