Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish
  • Fresh herbs like parsley or chives optional, for garnish

Method
 

Boil the eggs:
  1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove eggs and place them in ice water to cool.
Prepare the eggs:
  1. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  2. Carefully scoop out the yolks into a bowl and set the whites aside.
Make the filling:
  1. Mash the yolks with a fork.
  2. Mix in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Fill the egg whites:
  1. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
Garnish:
  1. Sprinkle with paprika and add fresh herbs if desired.
Serve:
  1. Arrange the deviled eggs on a platter and serve immediately, or chill them until ready to serve.
