Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish
  • Fresh herbs like parsley or chives optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

Boil the eggs:

  • Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Remove eggs and place them in ice water to cool.

Prepare the eggs:

  • Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  • Carefully scoop out the yolks into a bowl and set the whites aside.

Make the filling:

  • Mash the yolks with a fork.
  • Mix in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Fill the egg whites:

  • Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.

Garnish:

  • Sprinkle with paprika and add fresh herbs if desired.

Serve:

  • Arrange the deviled eggs on a platter and serve immediately, or chill them until ready to serve.
