Cook the Rice:

Cook the Chicken:
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook until they are fully cooked and slightly browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Prepare the Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water until smooth. Add this mixture to the pan with the chicken and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
