Snowman S'mores Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 12 graham crackers halved
  • 6 large marshmallows
  • 12 small pretzel sticks for arms
  • 12 mini chocolate chips or candy eyes for eyes
  • 6 orange candy-coated chocolates or orange icing for noses
  • 12 chocolate chips or small chocolate squares for buttons
  • 1/2 cup melted chocolate or chocolate icing for decorating
  • 6 white chocolate squares optional, for extra melting

Instructions
 

Prepare the marshmallows:

  • Cut each large marshmallow in half to create the snowman's head and body. You’ll need 12 marshmallow halves total for 6 snowmen.

Assemble the s'mores base:

  • Place half of a graham cracker on a plate or baking sheet. If you’re using white chocolate squares, place one on each graham cracker to help melt the marshmallows.

Melt the marshmallows:

  • Microwave the marshmallows for 10-15 seconds until they puff up slightly, or toast them over a flame for that extra smoky flavor.

Create the snowman’s body:

  • Stack two marshmallow halves on top of each other on the graham cracker to form the snowman's head and body.

Decorate the snowman:

  • Use melted chocolate or chocolate icing to attach mini chocolate chips or candy eyes for the snowman’s eyes.
  • Add an orange candy-coated chocolate or orange icing for the nose.
  • Attach chocolate chips or small squares for the buttons down the snowman's body.
  • Stick small pretzel sticks into the sides of the marshmallow to create arms.

Finish and serve:

  • Let the decorated s'mores sit for a few minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
