Red food coloring

Instructions
Boil the Eggs:
Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Drain and transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool.
Prepare the Egg Halves:
Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
Remove yolks and place them in a small mixing bowl.
Color the Egg Whites (Optional):
Mix 1 cup water with a few drops of red food coloring in a shallow bowl.
Submerge the egg whites for 1-2 minutes until they turn pink.
Remove and pat dry with a paper towel.
Make the Filling:
Mash egg yolks with a fork.
Mix in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a piping bag or zip-top bag with a corner snipped off.
Assemble the Deviled Eggs:
Pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
Garnish with parsley, chives, or a sprinkle of paprika for added color.
Serve:
Arrange the eggs on a platter and enjoy!
