Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red food coloring
  • 1 cup water for coloring
  • Fresh parsley or chives optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

Boil the Eggs:

  • Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Drain and transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool.

Prepare the Egg Halves:

  • Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  • Remove yolks and place them in a small mixing bowl.

Color the Egg Whites (Optional):

  • Mix 1 cup water with a few drops of red food coloring in a shallow bowl.
  • Submerge the egg whites for 1-2 minutes until they turn pink.
  • Remove and pat dry with a paper towel.

Make the Filling:

  • Mash egg yolks with a fork.
  • Mix in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a piping bag or zip-top bag with a corner snipped off.

Assemble the Deviled Eggs:

  • Pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  • Garnish with parsley, chives, or a sprinkle of paprika for added color.

Serve:

  • Arrange the eggs on a platter and enjoy!
