Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
Set the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roast the Tomatoes:
Place cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then sprinkle with garlic, salt, and pepper.
Roast for 15-20 minutes or until the tomatoes are soft and slightly caramelized.
Toast the Baguette:
Arrange baguette slices on another baking sheet.
Brush lightly with olive oil.
Toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
Assemble the Bruschetta:
Place a generous piece of burrata on each toasted baguette slice.
Top with a spoonful of roasted tomatoes.
