Mix the Base
- In a large pitcher or punch bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, coconut milk, and cream of coconut until smooth.
Add Fizz
- Slowly stir in lemon-lime soda or sparkling water just before serving.
Chill & Serve
- Add crushed ice and stir gently. Pour into glasses and garnish as desired.
Notes
Creamier punch: Use coconut cream instead of coconut milk.
Lighter version: Swap soda for sparkling water.
Make it ahead: Mix everything except soda and ice up to 24 hours in advance.
Adult version: Add white rum, coconut rum, or pineapple vodka to taste.
