Ingredients
Method
Crush the Cookies
- Place Oreos in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form. Alternatively, place in a bag and crush with a rolling pin.
Mix with Cream Cheese
- In a bowl, combine Oreo crumbs and cream cheese until smooth and uniform.
Form Balls
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill 15–30 minutes.
Coat in Chocolate
- Melt white chocolate and add green food coloring. Dip chilled balls into the chocolate to coat fully, shaking off excess.
Decorate
- Add red sanding sugar on top for a cute Santa hat look, or leave plain for a classic Grinch green effect.
Chill & Serve
- Refrigerate until chocolate sets. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
Make ahead: Truffles keep in the fridge up to 1 week.
Optional flavor boost: Add a pinch of peppermint extract to the coating for a minty twist.
Alternative coating: Use dark or milk chocolate if you prefer a less sweet option.
