For the Cupcakes:

For the Buttercream Frosting:

softened

powdered sugar

Pink food coloring

Sprinkles or edible flowers for decoration
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
Gradually add the dry ingredients, alternating with milk, until combined.
Divide batter evenly among liners and bake for 18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cupcakes cool completely before frosting.
For the Frosting:
Beat butter until creamy, then gradually add powdered sugar.
Mix in vanilla and milk, beating until fluffy. Add food coloring if desired.
Pipe frosting onto cooled cupcakes and decorate with sprinkles or edible flowers.
