In a bowl, combine diced mango, chopped red onion, cilantro, diced jalapeño, lime juice, honey, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to make the salsa. Mix well and set aside.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque.
Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
Assemble the tacos by placing a few shrimp on each tortilla, followed by a spoonful of mango salsa and a couple of slices of avocado.
Garnish with additional chopped cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice.
