Method
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Place the ham in a roasting pan.
- In a small saucepan, combine honey, brown sugar, and mustard. Heat over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the honey mixture over the ham, making sure to get it between the slices.
- If desired, insert cloves into the ham for added flavor.
- Bake the ham uncovered for about 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes with the pan juices.
