Method
Preheat the grill:
- Preheat your grill to medium heat (around 350°F/175°C).
Prepare the peaches:
- Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with olive oil or melted butter to prevent sticking and enhance flavor.
Grill the peaches:
- Place the peach halves cut-side down on the preheated grill.
- Grill for 4-5 minutes, until the peaches have nice grill marks and are slightly softened.
- Flip the peaches over and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes until they are tender but not mushy.
Serve the grilled peaches:
- Remove the peaches from the grill and place them on a serving plate.
- Drizzle the honey over the warm peaches.
- Sprinkle with ground cinnamon if desired.
- Add granola on top for a crunchy texture (optional).
- Serve immediately with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream if desired.
