Green Tea Latte

Ingredients
  

  • - 1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder
  • - 2 tablespoons hot water
  • - 1 cup milk any type you prefer: whole, skim, almond, etc.
  • - 1-2 teaspoons honey or sweetener of choice optional

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the matcha green tea powder and hot water until smooth and frothy. You can also use a matcha whisk or a small handheld frother for best results.
  • Heat the milk in a saucepan or microwave until it's hot but not boiling.
  • Pour the hot milk into a mug.
  • Add the prepared matcha mixture to the mug with the hot milk.
  • If desired, sweeten the Green Tea Latte with honey or your preferred sweetener, stirring until dissolved.
  • Give the latte a gentle stir to combine all the ingredients.
  • Serve your Green Tea Latte hot and enjoy its soothing and invigorating flavors!
