Ingredients
  

  • Greek yogurt
  • Fresh berries such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • Granola
  • Honey or maple syrup optional

Equipment

  • Spoon
  • Glass or bowl for serving

Method
 

  1. Spoon a layer of Greek yogurt into the bottom of a glass or bowl.
  2. Add a layer of fresh berries on top of the yogurt.
  3. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries.
  4. Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the glass or bowl, ending with a layer of granola on top.
  5. Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the top if desired.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious and nutritious Greek Yogurt Parfait!
