For the Dressing:

Instructions
Cook orzo pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, onion, olives, and feta.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Add the orzo pasta to the vegetables, pour over the dressing, and toss well.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve chilled.
