Method
 

  1. Start by thinly slicing your cucumbers, halving your tomatoes, and thinly slicing your red onion. Place them all in a large salad bowl.
  2. Add halved Kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss everything together until well coated.
  5. Let the salad marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
