Garlic Parmesan Sauce:

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but not browned.
  3. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley until well combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Remove from heat and drizzle over cooked pasta, vegetables, or use as a dipping sauce for breadsticks.
