Ingredients
  

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce whole berry or jellied
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or spinach
  • ½ tsp cinnamon optional, for sweetness
  • Optional: slivered almonds for topping

Method
 

Spread the Base
  1. Lay tortillas flat. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese over each tortilla.
Add Cranberry & Herbs
  1. Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the cream cheese. Sprinkle with parsley or spinach and cinnamon if using.
Roll & Chill
  1. Roll up each tortilla tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate 10 minutes to firm up.
Slice & Serve
  1. Remove plastic wrap and slice into 1-inch pinwheels. Arrange on a platter and top with slivered almonds if desired.
