Method
Spread the Base
- Lay tortillas flat. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese over each tortilla.
Add Cranberry & Herbs
- Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the cream cheese. Sprinkle with parsley or spinach and cinnamon if using.
Roll & Chill
- Roll up each tortilla tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate 10 minutes to firm up.
Slice & Serve
- Remove plastic wrap and slice into 1-inch pinwheels. Arrange on a platter and top with slivered almonds if desired.
Notes
Make ahead: Prepare up to 4 hours in advance; keep wrapped in the fridge.
Flavor variations: Add a thin layer of nut butter for extra sweetness.
