Instructions
Preheat Oven: Set to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Assemble: In the dish, combine pasta, frozen meatballs, marinara sauce, water, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Stir to coat.
Bake Covered: Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
Add Cheese & Bake: Remove foil, stir, and top with mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake uncovered for 5-10 minutes until cheese melts.
Serve: Garnish with fresh basil and enjoy!
