Method
- Blend the greens & nuts: In a food processor, combine dandelion greens, walnuts, and garlic. Pulse until finely chopped.
- Add cheese & lemon: Mix in the Parmesan cheese and lemon juice. Pulse again.
- Drizzle in oil: With the processor running, slowly add olive oil until smooth.
- Season & serve: Add salt & pepper to taste. Enjoy over pasta, toast, or as a dip!
