Instructions
Prepare the batter: In a bowl, whisk together flour, milk, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until smooth.
Heat the oil: In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
Dip & fry: Coat each dandelion flower in the batter, then carefully place it in the hot oil. Fry 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
Drain & serve: Remove and place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Drizzle with honey or serve with your favorite dip.
