Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 6 oz Brie cheese cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans optional
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the puff pastry:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly flour a surface and roll out the puff pastry.

Cut the pastry into 24 squares.

    Assemble the bites:

    • Place the pastry squares into a mini muffin tin, pressing gently to create cups.
    • Add a cube of Brie cheese to each cup.
    • Top with about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
    • Sprinkle with chopped pecans if desired.

    Bake:

    • Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and puffed.

    Garnish and serve:

    • Add a small rosemary sprig to each bite for a festive touch.
    • Serve warm or at room temperature.
