Cranberry Brie Bites Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 6 oz Brie cheese cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans optional
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs optional, for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the puff pastry:
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly flour a surface and roll out the puff pastry.
Cut the pastry into 24 squares.
    Assemble the bites:
    1. Place the pastry squares into a mini muffin tin, pressing gently to create cups.
    2. Add a cube of Brie cheese to each cup.
    3. Top with about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
    4. Sprinkle with chopped pecans if desired.
    Bake:
    1. Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and puffed.
    Garnish and serve:
    1. Add a small rosemary sprig to each bite for a festive touch.
    2. Serve warm or at room temperature.
