Instructions
Prepare the puff pastry:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly flour a surface and roll out the puff pastry.
Cut the pastry into 24 squares.
Assemble the bites:
Place the pastry squares into a mini muffin tin, pressing gently to create cups.
Add a cube of Brie cheese to each cup.
Top with about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
Sprinkle with chopped pecans if desired.
Bake:
Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and puffed.
Garnish and serve:
Add a small rosemary sprig to each bite for a festive touch.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
