Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
Stir in crushed tomatoes, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper.
Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Use as a pasta sauce, pizza sauce, or dipping sauce for breadsticks.
