Classic Deviled Eggs:

Ingredients
  

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Method
 

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  2. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
