Ingredients
  

  • 9 cups Chex cereal rice, corn, or a mix
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • Red and green holiday sprinkles or M&Ms

Method
 

Melt Chocolate Mixture
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in vanilla.
Coat the Cereal
  1. Pour melted mixture over Chex cereal and gently fold to coat evenly.
Add Powdered Sugar
  1. Transfer coated cereal into a large resealable bag. Add powdered sugar, seal, and shake until fully coated.
Decorate
  1. Spread onto a baking sheet to cool slightly, then toss with holiday sprinkles or M&Ms.
