Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets steamed
  • 1 can 10.5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup crushed Ritz crackers optional, for topping
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter optional, for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Set to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine chicken, rice, broccoli, soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and 1½ cups of cheese. Stir until well mixed.
  • Assemble: Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheese on top.
  • Optional Topping: Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole for extra crunch.
  • Bake: Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  • Serve: Let cool for a few minutes, then enjoy!
