Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb mushrooms cremini or button
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish, optional

Method
 

Preheat the oven:
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the marinade:
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper.
