  • Wash and peel the potatoes.
  • Cut the potatoes into evenly sized fries or wedges.
  • Soak the potatoes in cold water for about 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
  • Drain and pat the potatoes dry with a paper towel.
  • Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper (if desired).
  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  • Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  • Cook for about 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the fries are golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
