Ingredients
  

  • 3 large ripe bananas about 1 ½ cups mashed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 box 15.25 oz yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup melted butter or vegetable oil

Method
 

Preheat the Oven
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
Mash the Bananas
  1. In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth and creamy.
Mix Everything Together
  1. Add eggs, melted butter, and cake mix to the mashed bananas. Stir until just combined — don’t overmix.
Bake
  1. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool & Serve
  1. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy warm or at room temperature.
