Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
Mash the Bananas
- In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth and creamy.
Mix Everything Together
- Add eggs, melted butter, and cake mix to the mashed bananas. Stir until just combined — don’t overmix.
Bake
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool & Serve
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Add-ins: Fold in chocolate chips, walnuts, or cinnamon for extra flavor.
Make it lighter: Use applesauce instead of butter for a lower-fat version.
Storage: Keeps at room temperature for up to 3 days, or refrigerate up to 1 week. Can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
