🧟 Monster Veggie Cups

These Monster Veggie Cups are spooky, colorful, and loaded with fresh vegetables. Perfect for parties, classroom treats, or Halloween get-togethers β€” they’re as fun to make as they are to eat!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1 cup celery sticks cut into 3–4 inch pieces
  • 1 cup cucumber slices or sticks
  • 1 cup bell pepper strips use a mix of colors
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup ranch dressing or hummus for dipping
For Decoration (Optional):
  • Small clear plastic cups
  • Googly eyes or candy eyes stick on the outside of cups with tape or glue dots
  • Black permanent marker for monster faces

Method
 

Prepare the Veggies:
  1. Wash and slice all vegetables into dipping-size pieces. Pat dry to remove excess moisture.
Add Dip:
  1. Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of ranch dressing or hummus into the bottom of each cup.
Assemble the Cups:
  1. Fill each cup with an assortment of veggies β€” mix and match colors for a fun, monster-like effect.
Decorate:
  1. Stick googly eyes to the outside of the cups and use a marker to draw spooky, silly, or cute monster faces.
Serve:
  1. Arrange all the veggie cups on a platter and serve chilled.

Make Ahead: Prep veggies and assemble up to 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
