Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple drained
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ΒΌ tsp salt adjust to taste
  • Β½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts, for rolling
  • Crackers for serving

Method
 

Mix Ingredients:
  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, drained pineapple, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Shape the Ball:
  1. Using your hands or a spatula, form the mixture into a ball.
Roll in Nuts:
  1. Spread chopped pecans on a plate. Roll the cheese ball in the nuts until fully coated.
Chill:
  1. Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving to firm up.
Serve:
  1. Place on a serving plate and serve with your favorite crackers or sliced vegetables.

Notes

For extra flavor, add 1–2 tsp finely chopped green onions or a dash of smoked paprika.
Use a mix of pecans and shredded coconut for a tropical twist.
