Ingredients
  

  • 1 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes for heat
  • Crackers toasted bread, or vegetable sticks for serving

Method
 

Preheat Oven:
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix Ingredients:
  1. In a large bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, mayonnaise, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Transfer to Baking Dish:
  1. Spoon mixture into a small oven-safe baking dish (about 8x8 inches or similar).
Bake:
  1. Bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
Serve:
  1. Serve warm with crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks.

Notes

Extra Creamy: Add an additional ¼ cup sour cream or cream cheese for ultra-rich texture.
