Ingredients
Method
- Preheat a nonstick or cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add oil or butter if desired for extra crispiness.
- Open the can and spoon the corned beef hash into the skillet. Press it gently into an even layer with a spatula.
- Let it cook undisturbed for 5–7 minutes, until a golden crust forms on the bottom.
- Flip sections over and continue cooking for another 4–5 minutes, crisping both sides.
- Serve hot on its own or topped with eggs, toast, or a drizzle of hot sauce.
Notes
For extra crispiness, press the hash flat and don’t stir it too much.
You can add diced onions, bell peppers, or shredded cheese before flipping.
Leftovers reheat well in a skillet or air fryer.
Great as a breakfast burrito filling or baked into a casserole.
