Prepare Broccoli:
- Wash and chop broccoli into small, bite-sized florets.
Cook Bacon:
- Fry or bake bacon until crisp, drain, and crumble.
Mix Dressing:
- In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Combine Salad:
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, bacon, cheddar cheese, red onion, cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
Toss & Chill:
- Pour dressing over salad and toss until well coated. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving for best flavor.
Notes
For extra freshness, blanch broccoli for 1 minute in boiling water, then shock in ice water before using.
Swap cranberries for grapes if you want it closer to their seasonal version.
Store covered in the fridge for up to 3 days — great for meal prep!
