Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda chilled
  • 3 tbsp flavored syrup vanilla, cherry, raspberry, or your favorite
  • ¼ cup heavy cream or half-and-half
  • Ice cubes
Optional:
  • whipped cream for topping
Optional:
  • maraschino cherry for garnish

Method
 

Prepare Glasses:
  1. Fill two glasses with ice cubes.
Add Syrup:
  1. Pour 1 ½ tbsp flavored syrup into each glass.
Add Sparkling Water:
  1. Slowly pour ½ cup sparkling water over syrup in each glass. Stir gently to combine.
Add Cream:
  1. Pour 2 tbsp heavy cream or half-and-half over each drink. Stir lightly to create a creamy, layered effect.
Optional Toppings:
  1. Top with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry for a fun, café-style presentation.
Serve:
  1. Enjoy immediately while bubbly and chilled.

Notes

For a lighter version, use milk or almond milk instead of heavy cream.
Adjust syrup sweetness to taste; start with 1–2 tbsp and add more if desired.
For a beautiful layered look, pour cream slowly over the back of a spoon.
