- In a large pitcher, combine fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and cold water. Stir until well mixed.
- Pour in the blue raspberry syrup and stir gently. Adjust sweetness or tartness to taste by adding more syrup or lemon juice.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour lemonade over the ice.
- Garnish with lemon slices and fresh raspberries. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for extra refreshing flavor.
Notes
Use fresh lemon juice for the brightest flavor; bottled lemon juice can work in a pinch.
Make your own blue raspberry syrup by simmering 1 cup raspberries, ½ cup sugar, and ½ cup water, then straining.
For a sparkling version, replace 1–2 cups of water with club soda.
Garnish with a few mint leaves for extra freshness.
