  • ½ cup simple syrup* adjust to taste
  • 1 cup blue raspberry syrup store-bought or homemade

  • *Simple syrup: ½ cup sugar + ½ cup water heated until dissolved, then cooled.

Method

  1. In a large pitcher, combine fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and cold water. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Pour in the blue raspberry syrup and stir gently. Adjust sweetness or tartness to taste by adding more syrup or lemon juice.
  3. Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour lemonade over the ice.
  4. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh raspberries. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for extra refreshing flavor.

Notes

Use fresh lemon juice for the brightest flavor; bottled lemon juice can work in a pinch.
Make your own blue raspberry syrup by simmering 1 cup raspberries, ½ cup sugar, and ½ cup water, then straining.
For a sparkling version, replace 1–2 cups of water with club soda.
Garnish with a few mint leaves for extra freshness.
