Ingredients
  

  • 8 large eggs
  • ½ cup heavy cream or unsweetened almond milk for lighter version
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or Swiss
  • ½ cup cooked bacon sausage, or ham, diced
  • ½ cup chopped vegetables bell peppers, spinach, mushrooms, or broccoli
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder optional

Method
 

Preheat Oven:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with silicone liners.
Whisk Eggs:
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
Assemble Bites:
  1. Divide meat and veggies evenly among muffin cups. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Pour Egg Mixture:
  1. Carefully pour egg mixture over fillings, filling each cup about ¾ full.
Bake:
  1. Bake 20–25 minutes, or until egg bites are set and lightly golden.
Cool & Store:
  1. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing. Store in fridge up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.

Notes

For creamier egg bites, blend eggs and cream in a blender before baking.
Use silicone muffin liners to make removal easy and avoid sticking.
Reheat gently in the microwave (20–30 seconds) or air fryer (2 minutes at 350°F).
Mix and match fillings to keep flavors exciting — try feta & spinach, jalapeño & cheddar, or mushroom & Swiss.
