Ingredients
  

  • 8 slices bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt for lighter option
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped Roma tomatoes seeds removed
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped lettuce iceberg or romaine
  • Optional garnish: green onions parsley
For Serving:
  • Toasted baguette slices crackers, or veggie sticks (celery, cucumber, bell peppers)

Method
 

Cook the Bacon:
  1. Fry bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble. Set aside.
  2. Make the Base:
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
Add the Cheese:
  1. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until evenly combined.
Assemble the Dip:

Top It Off:
  1. Evenly sprinkle chopped lettuce, tomatoes, and crumbled bacon over the top.
