Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded or chopped
  • 2 ripe avocados sliced
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato diced
  • ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing or Greek yogurt optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh lime juice optional, for extra zing

Method
 

  1. Prepare chicken (grilled, rotisserie, or leftover). Season with salt, pepper, and a dash of lime juice if desired.
  2. Lay out tortillas. Spread ranch or yogurt if using.
  3. Layer on lettuce, tomato, onion, chicken, and avocado slices.
  4. Wrap tightly: Fold in sides, roll up firmly like a burrito.
  5. Slice in half and serve fresh, or wrap in foil for a portable meal.

Notes

Add bacon or shredded cheese for extra flavor.
Great for meal prep—just add avocado fresh before serving to avoid browning.
