💙 Blue Raspberry Lemonade

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice about 4–5 lemons
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1 cup blue raspberry drink mix or syrup such as Torani, Kool-Aid, or snow cone syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices & fresh raspberries for garnish optional
  • Mint leaves optional for serving

Method
 

  1. In a large pitcher, whisk together lemon juice and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add cold water and blue raspberry syrup or drink mix. Stir well to combine.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more syrup or sugar as desired.
  4. Fill glasses with ice and pour over the lemonade. Garnish with lemon slices, raspberries, or mint if desired.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Want a fizzy twist? Replace 2 cups of water with lemon-lime soda or sparkling water.
For a frozen version, blend with ice until slushy.
Make it a fun party drink by adding a rim of blue sugar crystals or pop rocks around each glass.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Stir before serving, as separation may occur.
