These Banana Ghost Pops are creamy, frozen treats that are as cute as they are delicious. Made with just a few ingredients, they’re perfect for Halloween parties or an easy festive snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas cut in half
  • 6 popsicle sticks or small wooden skewers
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips or candy melts
  • Mini chocolate chips for eyes and mouth

Method
 

Insert Sticks:
  1. Push a popsicle stick into the flat end of each banana half.
Freeze the Bananas:
  1. Place bananas on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for at least 1 hour until firm.
Melt the Chocolate:
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips or candy melts in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Coat the Bananas:
  1. Dip each frozen banana half into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off. Place back on parchment paper.
Decorate the Ghost Faces:
  1. Use mini chocolate chips to make eyes and a mouth for each ghost.
Freeze to Set:
  1. Freeze again for about 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
Serve:
  1. Serve immediately or keep frozen until ready to enjoy.

Notes

Even Coating: Use a fork or tongs to help dip bananas without breaking the pops.
