Method
Insert Sticks:
- Push a popsicle stick into the flat end of each banana half.
Freeze the Bananas:
- Place bananas on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for at least 1 hour until firm.
Melt the Chocolate:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips or candy melts in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Coat the Bananas:
- Dip each frozen banana half into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off. Place back on parchment paper.
Decorate the Ghost Faces:
- Use mini chocolate chips to make eyes and a mouth for each ghost.
Freeze to Set:
- Freeze again for about 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
Serve:
- Serve immediately or keep frozen until ready to enjoy.
