Ingredients

  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup dry sugar cookie mix
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Holiday sprinkles red, green, white — for topping
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp almond extract or a pinch of nutmeg for holiday flair

Method

  1. Prep an 8x8-inch pan by lining it with parchment paper or foil, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until completely melted and smooth — about 4–5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in the sugar cookie mix, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until everything is well combined and the mixture thickens slightly.
  4. Pour the fudge mixture into your prepared pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Immediately decorate the top with holiday sprinkles before it sets.
  6. Chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours, or until fully set.
  7. Once firm, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment overhang. Cut into 25 bite-sized squares.

Notes

Use high-quality white chocolate chips for best flavor and texture.
For extra “cookie” flavor, add 2 tbsp of crushed sugar cookies directly into the fudge before spreading.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days or freeze for up to a month.
This fudge makes a great edible gift! Wrap in cellophane or tuck into festive tins.
