Ingredients
Method
- Prep an 8x8-inch pan by lining it with parchment paper or foil, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until completely melted and smooth — about 4–5 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Stir in the sugar cookie mix, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until everything is well combined and the mixture thickens slightly.
- Pour the fudge mixture into your prepared pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Immediately decorate the top with holiday sprinkles before it sets.
- Chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours, or until fully set.
- Once firm, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment overhang. Cut into 25 bite-sized squares.
Notes
Use high-quality white chocolate chips for best flavor and texture.
For extra “cookie” flavor, add 2 tbsp of crushed sugar cookies directly into the fudge before spreading.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days or freeze for up to a month.
This fudge makes a great edible gift! Wrap in cellophane or tuck into festive tins.
