Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup light brown sugar packed
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • tsp vanilla extract
  • cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • cups holiday M&M’s red & green
  • ¾ cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 –3 tbsp Christmas sprinkles
Optional:
  • extra M&M’s and sprinkles for topping before baking

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until well combined.
  4. Stir in flour, salt, and baking soda until just incorporated (don’t overmix).
  5. Fold in M&M’s, white chocolate chips, and sprinkles.
  6. Press the dough evenly into the prepared pan. Press a few extra M&M’s and sprinkles on top for a festive look.
  7. Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until the top is golden and set (don’t overbake — bars will continue cooking as they cool).
  8. Cool completely before slicing into bars.

Notes

Want extra chewy bars? Slightly underbake and cool fully before cutting.
Customize with dark chocolate chips or crushed candy canes for a twist.
These freeze beautifully — wrap tightly and store for up to 2 months.
Swap M&M’s seasonally and enjoy this recipe all year long!
