Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla; mix until well combined.
- Stir in flour, salt, and baking soda until just incorporated (don’t overmix).
- Fold in M&M’s, white chocolate chips, and sprinkles.
- Press the dough evenly into the prepared pan. Press a few extra M&M’s and sprinkles on top for a festive look.
- Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until the top is golden and set (don’t overbake — bars will continue cooking as they cool).
- Cool completely before slicing into bars.
Notes
Want extra chewy bars? Slightly underbake and cool fully before cutting.
Customize with dark chocolate chips or crushed candy canes for a twist.
These freeze beautifully — wrap tightly and store for up to 2 months.
