🍨 Kinder Bueno Ice Cream Recipe Card

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups heavy cream cold
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup chocolate hazelnut spread Nutella or similar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 –5 Kinder Bueno bars chopped
  • Optional: 2 tbsp cocoa powder for richer chocolate flavor

Method
 

Whip Cream:
  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Make Base:
  1. In another bowl, whisk together condensed milk, hazelnut spread, vanilla, and cocoa powder (if using).
Combine:
  1. Gently fold whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until smooth.
Add Candy:
  1. Stir in chopped Kinder Bueno pieces, reserving a few for topping.
Freeze:
  1. Pour mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container. Top with extra Kinder Bueno chunks. Cover and freeze 4–6 hours, or overnight, until firm.
Serve:
  1. Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy!

Notes

For extra indulgence, drizzle Nutella or chocolate sauce between layers as you pour into the pan.
Freeze Kinder Bueno bars before chopping to prevent them from melting too much when mixed in.
Let ice cream sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping for easier serving.
You can use an ice cream maker if preferred: churn the base, then fold in Kinder Bueno chunks before freezing.
