Method
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred or leave whole.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese. Add cornstarch slurry if thicker sauce is desired.
- Return chicken to crockpot and cook 15 more minutes.
Notes
Serve over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
Add spinach or broccoli at the end for extra veggies.
Store leftovers up to 3 days refrigerated.
